AS WE ARE NOW JUST CLEARING STOCK BEFORE CLOSING DOWN WE SHALL NOT BE SHIPPING TO TASMANIA, N.T., S.A. OR W.A.

FREIGHT CHARGES TO THOSE LOCATIONS HAVE INCREASED TO THE POINT WHERE THE COST IS PROHIBITIVE.

WE HAVE BEEN SUBSIDISING THE FREIGHT TO THOSE LOCATIONS BY CANNOT AFFORD TO CONTINUE THIS PRACTISE.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

In the event your purchase is faulty, damaged or does not match the items ordered, we will gladly refund you the price of your purchase including the delivery charges, or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase, again incurring the delivery or return charges as specified.

To arrange a refund or return please either email us at sales@mistletoewines.com.au or call us toll-free on 1800-055-080, within 72 hours of receipt of the goods, and allow up to 10 business days to process your refund or exchange.
