David McWilliam
Winemaking is a lifelong passion for David, a fifth-generation member of the McWilliam family. As a hands-on vigneron based in Pokolbin, his deep connection to the land and its vines inspired the family’s acquisition of Mistletoe Wines, ensuring the much-loved brand continues to thrive into the future.
When he’s not in the vineyard you’ll often find David with his family—catching waves at Blueys Beach or riding the family horses.
Amy McWilliam
Amy is leading the way on all things sales and marketing at Mistletoe Wines. Not afraid to roll up her sleeves, she jumps in wherever needed—whether it’s driving the tractor during harvest, flushing irrigation lines, or collecting soil samples.
Amy’s leadership and dedication to best practice were instrumental in securing the vineyard’s Sustainable Winegrowing Australia certification, a milestone that reflects her deep passion for sustainability and excellence in winemaking.
Shane Martin
Shane is the man who keeps our vineyards humming along. With over 30 years of viticulture experience, he knows exactly what our vines need to thrive.
From season to season, his care and expertise make sure Mount Hill produces the exceptional grapes that become our much-loved Mistletoe Wines.
