Our first Reserve Shiraz since 2014 reflecting the quality of the vintage and the vineyard.Hand harvested,destemmed and crushed prior to small batch fermentation with 30% whole bunches included.
Deep brick red in colour with intense red and black fruits on the palate.
Non obtrusive French oak and soft tannins complement the long and beautifully balanced palate.
This wine is best left alone for 5 years if possible,however, it is drinking nicely now and benefits from decanting prior to consumption.
Food match – Charcoal grilled lamb chops with Chimchurri.
