The Hunter Valley experienced a quite hot and dry grape-growing season in the lead up the 2019 Vintage.
Ideal conditions for producing excellent wine.
This is our entry level Shiraz (cheapest in the range) but don’t let that fool you.
This is in the same class as recent vintage releases.
This is a lovely medium bodied dry red exhibiting beautiful balance, smooth tannins and a nicely weighted palate.
It is plummy and spicy with typical Hunter earthiness and a long finish.
Food match- Chinese pork and black bean hotpot.
Drink now to 2032 – but, really in the band from 2026 onwards.
