100% Sangiovese,traditionally destemmed,crushed and fermented in small open fermenters.
Matured in older French Oak barrels prior to bottling in July 2019.
Deep brick red in colour with a bouquet of both black and red fruits,and,subdued oak.
It shows cherry flavours on the palate,and tangy acidity tempered by savory notes and slightly grippy tannins.
Pairs well with roasted, grilled and barbecued meats, making it the ideal match to a whole range of cuisines.
