A true expression of a Hunter Valley Semillon white wine, from an exceptional growing season. Machine harvested at night in the cooler temperature. Sourced from the section of semillon vineyard closest to home, nestled on the creek flats with silty, sandy type soils at the foot of the Brokenback Range.

Fresh and approachable, this off-dry Semillon offers just a touch of sweetness that balances its lively natural fruit acidity. Bursting with lemon and grapefruit flavours, it’s bright, expressive, and a perfect match for fresh seafood
