2025 Reserve Semillon

The vines grow on ancient sea-bed soils, nestled on the creek flats with silty, sandy texture, protected by towering mountains and hills nearby, fed by an aquifer deep in the soil flowing from the Brokenback mountain range – all the essential elements to support development of phenomenal fruit.

This Reserve Semillon white wine is crafted from the finest hand-picked fruit from these unique vines, a Semillon that exemplifies the Hunter Valley’s signature style.

In the winery, whole-bunch pressed and cool-fermented, it is matured on lees to develop subtle texture and layered detail. Bright citrus, lime, and mineral notes are beautifully balanced, leading to a finely structured palate.

Can be enjoyed now and ideal for cellaring up to 10+ years, revealing honeyed, toasty complexity with age.
