Our Wines
Mistletoe wines are all made on site. Approximately 40% of the grapes we process are grown at Mistletoe with the majority of the remainder being grown under contract, to our specifications, by a team of dedicated growers in Mistletoe’s immediate area.

The Mistletoe Range
We do make some wine each year from grapes grown outside the Hunter. These are usually varieties that do not suit the Hunter’s warmer climate e.g. Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, and comprise less than 10% of our total production. The origin of all our wines is shown on the individual labels.
Our winemaker is Nick Paterson, one of the top young winemakers in the Hunter. Nick, a Hunter lad, learned his craft in his small family winery Chateau Pato, with Iain Riggs at Brokenwood and then Tyrrells prior to joining Mistletoe in 2003.
The wines currently available for tasting at our cellar door are listed below.
In addition to these there are some wines available for purchase from our Reserve Museum stock. These are wines we believe will benefit from further ageing and have been kept back for mature release. If you are interested to learn more please contact us.
