Mistela

Mistela is made from Semillon grape juice which has been fortified with 8 year old brandy.

It is a non-vintage wine (N/V) which means not from one particular vintage i.e. it is a blend of two or more vintages.

Each year we bottle a portion of this wine from barrel and then replace what has been bottled with new grape juice and brandy. This barrel aging softens the wine and adds complexity on the palate.

Serve chilled, have over ice as an aperitif, or at the close of a meal together with cheese and fresh or dried fruit.
