Mistela

Mistela is made from Semillon grape juice which has been fortified with 8 year old brandy. It is a non-vintage wine (N/V) which means not from one particular vintage i.e. it is a blend of two or more vintages. Each year we bottle a portion of this wine from barrel and then replace what has been bottled...

2009 Reserve Chardonnay – Best Australian Chardonnay 2011 – SOLD OUT

The 6th vintage of this single vineyard wine. Hand harvested prior to whole bunch pressing and individual barrel fermentation in new French Oak puncheons. 2009 Shiraz

This wine wears its Hunter origin like a badge. Traditional destemming and crushing prior to small batch fermentation was followed by maturation in a combination of older French oak puncheons until bottling in November 2010. 2009 Barrel Fermented Rosé

Single vineyard wine. Shiraz grapes, crushed and chilled with 18 hours on skins for colour and character. Total fermentation and maturation in two and three year old French oak puncheons.
