Mistela is made from Semillon grape juice which has been fortified with 8 year old brandy. It is a non-vintage wine (N/V) which means not from one particular vintage i.e. it is a blend of two or more vintages. Each year we bottle a portion of this wine from barrel and then replace what has been bottled...
