    2008 Hilltops Viognier

    Mistletoe’s first Viognier has been made from grapes grown at Young in the Hilltops region of NSW.

    Barrel ferment and maturation in French oak puncheons has produced a rich, well balanced, mouth-filling wine displaying spicy, floral, apricot, pear and lychee characters.

    Perfect with fuller bodied and spicy Asian cuisine.

    Drink – 2009 to 2014.

    2008 Hilltops Shiraz - Viognier

    Hilltops is the Geographical name for the wine region centred around Young in Southern NSW.

    Grapes grown in this area are rapidly becoming renowned as producing very high quality wines with the focus being on red grape varieties.

    This wine is Mistletoe’s first Shiraz-Viognier, it won’t be our last!

    Drink now to 2016.

    2008 Hilltops Cabernet Merlot

    Perfect ripe fruit, sourced from Hilltops,the prominent cool climate viticultural region which is located in South Western NSW.

    Spicy black cherry, cassis fruit and balanced French oak.

    Elegant, fruity, earthy and powerful with excellent balance and soft supple tannins.

    Drink now to 2016.

    2007 Grand Reserve Shiraz

    2007 will prove to be one of the best wine growing years in the recent history of the Hunter Valley.

    Mistletoe’s Grand Shiraz 2007 was made from hand harvested grapes grown on an extremely low cropped 40 year old non irrigated vineyard. We believe this to be the very best Shiraz Mistletoe has ever produced, perhaps a once in a lifetime wine.
