Hand harvested from low cropped vines, cold fermented without any oak influence. Bottled early to retain the crisp acidity and lemony grapefruit characters typical of this vineyard.

Drink now with freshly shucked oysters or cellar with confidence to 2020.

Ideal luncheon wine, low in alcohol (11%) and low in calories as well.
