2009 Petit Muscat

This is the best version we have made of this wine.

The same Muscat grapes as we used for the Mozcato but instead of fermentation we fortify (add alcohol) to the freshly pressed grape juice. Made in the style of Muscat Baumes de Venise from France.

A beautiful light desert wine with none of the cloying characteristics of typical dessert wines.

Excellent with fruit-based desserts and full bodied cheeses.
