2009 Hilltops Cabernet

The softness and spiciness of Hunter Shiraz has wonderful synergy with the firmer tannins of Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the Young (Hilltops) region in South-Western NSW.

Maturation for 20 months in older French oak barrels has added complexity to the wine prior to it being bottled in 2010.

Cellar with confidence until 2021.

It is recommended that the wine be decanted for one hour prior to consumption.
