2009 Hilltops Cabernet

100% cool climate Cabernet Sauvignon from the Young (Hilltops) region in South-Western NSW.

Traditional winemaking in small open vats followed by maturation in a variety of older French oak barrels.

The colour is deep purple with red tints. The wine has a lifted aromatic fruity nose.

The palate shows spicy blackberry fruits with silky tannins which contribute to the long supple palate.

Drink now to 2020.
