As with The Rose 2008 this wine was made from Shiraz grapes grown in the Hilltops ( Young) region of NSW.
Fully fermented and matured in older French oak puncheons.
A substantial Rosé nearly bordering on a light dry red wine.
Dark cherry flavours, dry and savoury on the palate with oak barely noticeable but supporting the wine’s structure.
