Single vineyeard wine. Botrytis Semillon grapes from the Griffith area. Part barrel-fermented and matured in new French oak hogsheads.
Batonage every two weeks has broadened the palate and added complexity. It has rich mouthfilling tropical citrus fruit characters, yeasty oak overtones and a lingering finish. The honeyed sweetness is balanced and intense but still clean on the palate.
Serve chilled. Perfect with cheese, pate or fruit based desserts.
